Teodoro denounces 'disrespecting' note he says came from China

Philippine Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro held up a handwritten note during a public forum in Seoul on Tuesday that he said had been passed to him by someone associated with the Chinese government, denouncing it on stage as an act of "coercion, bullying and aggression."
